Rates, quoted in US dollars, are per room, single/double occupancy.

Rates do not include state lodging taxes of 3%.
We require a two nights' deposit to confirm reservation, or other amount upon mutual consent. Balance in cash is due upon your arrival.

2010 Holiday Season (December 18 thru January 2) there is a 7-night minimum stay.
We are a non-smoking B&B; no smoking is allowed on premises.
Our cat, Sinco, believes he is the only cat around; so, we cannot accept additional pets.
He is well behaved, and knows to stay out of the suites. Sinco enjoys morning coffee with us, sitting on his own chair.
