We require a $200 deposit to confirm reservation, or other amount upon mutual consent. Balance in cash is due upon your arrival.

During Holiday Season (December 18 to January 3, 2010) there is a 5-night minimum stay.
We are a non-smoking B&B; no smoking is allowed on premises.
Our cat, Sinco, believes he is the only cat around; so, we cannot accept additional pets.
He is well behaved, and knows to stay out of the suites. Sinco enjoys morning coffee with us, sitting on his own chair.
